Custom trip planning service
Our custom trip planning service involves significant research and preparation time. Our refund policy reflects this:
Before work begins
If you cancel your order before we begin research (within 2 hours of payment and before we've sent a confirmation that work has started), you are entitled to a full refund.
After work has begun
Once research and planning has begun, we do not offer refunds. We do offer one revision round at no additional cost — if the first version of your itinerary doesn't meet your expectations, let us know specifically what needs to change and we will revise it.
If we fail to deliver
If we do not deliver your itinerary within the stated 48-hour window (excluding weekends and public holidays) without prior notice, you are entitled to a full refund or an extended deadline at your choice.
Digital downloads
Digital products (PDF itinerary downloads) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as they are immediately delivered digital goods.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased download, contact us at hello@islandwise.replit.app and we will resolve it promptly.
How to request a refund
Email hello@islandwise.replit.app with your order details and the reason for your refund request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
